1. PRICES:
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of Australian GST. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.
surveyinstruments.com.au may vary prices in the event of a suppliers price change or pricing mistake if reasonable prior notice is given. If surveyinstruments.com.au requests payment for an increase in price you may cancel the order by contacting surveyinstruments.com.au within seven (7) days of the price increase notification.
2. ORDER:
All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by surveyinstruments.com.au including pre-paid orders eg direct deposit and credit card Payment. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped.
Stock Quantity displayed on the surveyinstruments.com.au web site should be considered a guide only. Stock Quantity amounts can be affected by earlier orders still being processed and inventory discrepancies.
3. PAYMENT
Payment for an order shall be made in full to surveyinstruments.com.au by the customer within seven (7) days from the order date. No goods will be dispatched until payment is received in full.
Australia:
Payment for products ordered through the surveyinstruments.com.au website can be paid by Direct Deposit or Credit Card. Bank details are provided in checkout.
Please note that Direct Deposit payments may take a few days to clear through the banks - allow for slight delays over weekends and public holidays.
International:
Currently we do not ship outside Australia via this website.
4. SHIPPINGsurveyinstruments.com.au currently only ships to Australia through this web site.
surveyinstruments.com.au ships all products via Australia Post.
Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept Registered Post deliveries.
Any date quoted for delivery is an estimate only and surveyinstruments.com.au shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage arising from failure to deliver on or before the quoted date.
5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONSCancelling an Order:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason it must be done so as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled via fax or email (Contact Us) and are subject to approval. A cancellation made after an order has been dispatched will result in the Customer paying the postage & handling charge on the order as well as the return shipping.
Warranty Returns:surveyinstruments.com.au accepts returns on faulty goods and incorrect orders only. Items that are returned, tested and found not to be faulty will incur an AU$50 non-fault fee.
surveyinstruments.com.au offers a 14 day warranty from date of invoice (purchase date). After that time the manufacturers warranty only applies.
It is the Customers responsibility to cover the shipping and insurance of warranty returns. surveyinstruments.com.au will not be responsible for any warranty items lost or damaged during return shipping. surveyinstruments.com.au recommends registered postage as it offers insurance and requires a signature on delivery. It is the Customers responsibility to provide proper packaging for return items. Failure to provide satisfactory packaging will void any warranty claim. It is the Customers responsibility to return the item with all original retail packaging, including but not limited to, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Items without original retail packaging are not acceptable for return.
Warranty turnaround times can be dependent on suppliers and manufactuers - testing, repairing and shipping time. Not all items can be immediately replaced - please consider this when purchasing. surveyinstruments.com.au will endeavour to process your warranty claim as quickly as possible but some time things are beyond our control.
Incorrect Orders:
Items that are incorrect, damaged or missing must be reported to surveyinstruments.com.au by fax or email (Contact Us) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you receive an incorrect order please do not open the retail packaging. If an attempt is made to use the incorrect item(s) it will be deemed as acceptance by the Customer of the item(s) as an adequate substitution for the original order and no further credit can be claimed.
surveyinstruments.com.au owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been incorrectly dispatched.
6. DISCLAIMERsurveyinstruments.com.au reserves the right to withdraw any product advertised and change prices without notice.
